dn999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors or viruses, or that any errors will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dn999 reserves the right to suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.
dn999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, prolonged inactivity, or at dn999's sole discretion for any other business reason.
You may close your dn999 account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via a payment method in your own name, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure unless wagering requirements have already been satisfied.
Where an account is terminated by dn999 due to a breach of these Terms, dn999 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending the outcome of any investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. Any real-money balance confirmed as not connected to the breach will be returned to the player.
